At Fireside Dispatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your memoirs. Once you have completed all of your interviews, we will send you two edited chapters as a sample before your final payment is due. When we have received that we will edit all of your interviews into a book manuscript and add any photos you would like to include. We will then send this to you with any clarifications questions we may have about content. This is your chance to check that you are happy with the edited content. Once the manuscript has been sent to the printers we are unable to make additional changes.

 

Package purchases are non-refundable. We know that life can sometimes get in the way of best intentions so we do not have a time limit on the completion of your interviews. We find most people take a couple of months but if it takes you 6 months or even a year then that's fine, there is no pressure on you to finish in a set timescale.
