Once you have purchased a package, we will give you access to our secure portal that you can access on any device. There, you will find a the relevant interviews to complete. Click on an interview to launch it and speak your responses to the questions. There's some clever stuff inside our interview-bot that will ask you some questions specific to what you have said to encourage you to expand on your thoughts, but you can always skip any questions you don't want to answer. You can complete the interviews in any order, repeat interviews if you remember things you'd like to add and skip any you don't want to do at the moment and come back to them later. Once you've completed all of your interviews and sent us any photos you'd like to include, we will edit them into one manuscript, making sure it flows and reads well without changing the content. When people who know you read your book they will be able to 'hear' you telling your story in your own way and your own voice. You'll then receive your manuscript to read through and make sure you're happy with it before we send it off to the printers.

If you can see this website, it's likely you have the tech you need! A tablet, smart phone or PC with 'Edge', 'Chrome' or 'Safari' web browser and a microphone - either built in or on a headset. We can always do a test with you to make sure before you purchase a book package. Please get in touch if you'd like to give it a go before buying a package. Our interview-bot is purposefully simple. You see the question on the screen and click record when you're ready to talk. When you're happy with your response, click save and the next question will appear. There's a little video on the app to explain it all before you start.

As much or as little as you need. You will be able to see the main questions before you start so you can do as little or as much preparation as you'd like. When it comes to replying to the questions, you can take as long as you want spending a few minutes to a few hours at a time. It is entirely up to you. There is no time limit to completing all of the interviews. On average we find most people take a couple of months to complete their full memoirs.

Yes. We'll send you a draft - there may be a few points we need to clarify and you may want to change things you've said. We won't print your books until you're entirely happy. You'll also get a copy of your final manuscript - it is your data after all! The only books we will print are the ones that you will receive.

As the interview process is automated you don't have to book an appointment to talk to us. So you can complete your interviews whenever it suits you doing as much or as little as you feel like in each sitting. The interviews are a back and forth, not just static survey questions, so they'll naturally get you to expand on your answers. Every word in your book is spoken by you, so it is not someone else telling your story. We tidy up the content but don't change it - your speech mannerisms will come shining through so when people read it, they will 'hear' you telling your story. Of course, automation also brings efficiencies. Our current competitors, who employ ghost writers, would charge you at least 4 times the price of our package.

We're upfront with our costs. For our full memoirs package we take a deposit to get started. This gives you access to all of the interviews. Once you've done the interviews we will edit a couple of chapters and send them to you so you can see how your story looks when it is written. If you're happy and want to proceed to the full book, we will then ask for the balance of the package. We offer a manuscript only option if you would like to have the fully edited manuscript to take to a publisher, without us creating and printing you physical books. With our 'Story Collection' and 'One Deployment' packages we take payment upfront. All of our prices include VAT.
